Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Provide strong leadership within the business, contributing to the development of staff and instilling core values.

Systems Implementation: Implement systems to enhance delivery performance, ensuring operational efficiency.

Procurement Strategy: Define and execute the procurement strategy, collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of materials.

Delivery Strategies: Develop and implement effective delivery strategies within the business, contributing to overall operational success.

Employee Reviews: Conduct thorough employee reviews and engage in one-on-one sessions to promote growth and development.

Skills/Experience Required:

Demonstrable Experience: Proven working experience in a similar role with relevant qualifications.

Industry Experience: Experience within the Electronics industry is MUST for the role.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate within a dynamic team.
