Head of Operations reporting to the Managing Partner of a Brighton-based accountancy practice. Daily Responsibilities: Ensuring the smooth daily functioning of Operations and promptly addressing any issues that arise. Supervising the day-to-day operations across various departments, including IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. Guiding and motivating employees to achieve optimal performance and commitment. Developing and executing business operation strategies. Enhancing policies to reinforce the company's culture, vision, and core values. Collaborating with partners to monitor and refine business strategies, plans, and procedures. Coordinating with partners to track comprehensive performance and growth goals as needed. Key Skills and Experience: Collaborated with a CEO to enhance workflow and improve client experience. Managed daily IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance operations, preferably within an accountancy practice or professional services firm. Familiarity with data analysis and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Further qualifications or accreditations in Business Administration
