As Head of Organisation Development and Design, you will play a key role in shaping, influencing and setting the strategic direction for the Delivery Authority's organisation design, development, capability and culture.
The organisation is entering into a major multi-billion pound strategic procurement initiative and this role is key to the success of this change programme. You will have a successful track record of working and engaging collaboratively with colleagues at all levels across an organisation to lead and deliver organisation change, embed new ways of working and aligning all that you do with the agreed Values and Behaviours. With experience working as the OD expert on major infrastructure programmes or in highly complex organisations, you will ensure that the organisational design principles are embedded and aligned into the DA's operating models and organisation structure across the changing phases of the programme.
You will be able to demonstrate providing best-fit talent management and learning and development solutions to the business, delivering our coaching and mentoring development programmes and facilitation services for managers and colleague networks, together with providing tailored development programmes that will support the acquisition of skills and knowledge to manage risks around critical skills and knowledge are addressed aHead of time.

Salary circa £100,000 – Fixed Term for 2 years.
