Head of Outsourced Bookkeeping Qualified Accountant

Based in Cambridge, this is a company which really cares about developing and looking after its staff. This is a hybrid role. As Head of Outsourced Bookkeeping you will look after a small team with an interesting portfolio of clients in different sectors of industry. Your responsibilities will include: Developing, mentoring and overseeing a team of 2 Acting as an advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored virtual finance solutions to meet their business objectives Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships Managing the virtual accounting process, including bookkeeping, payments, financial reporting and tax compliance Developing robust systems and processes for clients Identifying and evaluating virtual finance technologies and software solutions to stream line processesIn order to gain an interview, you will need the following: Ideally, be ACA, ACCA,CIMA qualified Have proven experience in a senior leadership role within a UK accountancy firm Have expertise in virtual finance technologies, cloud based accounting systems and financial software applicationsBenefits for this role include: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Free car parking Study support if needed The company has 3 qualified mental health first aiders Monthly breakfast club Christmas hamper Office lunch bought by the partners once a month Break out area with a free tuck shopIf this sounds of interest, then we are keen to hear from you.
