SalaryPoolhall Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a modern digital marketing agency based in Brighton city centre for a talented individual with 4-5 years minimum Paid Media experience.
The client is looking for a candidate with leadership qualities to take control of the Paid Media department and make it their own.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing clients, utilising all mediums of Paid Media (including search, shopping, display, Google Merchant Centre, Microsoft Ads), Managing campaign budgets of £200k+ (ideally long-term brand and performance campaigns) and confidence to pitch & explain in detail to clients the thoughts and processes of the campaign.
This is a hands-on role, responsible for setting up campaigns, optimising and reporting for our clients, as well as building and managing client relationships. You will also be required to train and mentor more junior members of staff. It is also imperative to keep up to date with tracking and change in the digital industry.
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating campaigns from scratch across multiple Paid Media platforms
- Budget pacing
- Search query analysis and ad group expansion
- Audience analysis and optimisation
- Presenting to clients
- Building and optimising search and shopping campaigns
- Keyword reviews
- Reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Undertaking keyword research
- Keeping up to date with industry trends
- Client communication and account management
