The post holder will lead teaching and learning improvement at BNU. The post holder will lead the team of senior advisers and play a significant role in delivering and operationalising the university’s Education Strategy, our Access and Participation Plan and the Teaching Excellence Framework. With a strong focus on teaching improvement strategies and embedding a teaching observation and feedback culture, the post holder will influence all aspects of teaching excellence and learning enhancement including digital pedagogy. The post holder will also be responsible for driving teaching quality with franchised partners. Data-driven, the postholder will continue to drive continuous improvement of student outcomes.
