Description
As the Head of People you will be responsible for leading a team in delivering proactive, professional people services, ensuring effective and appropriate people management approaches are in place to enable a positive employee experience and support service delivery.
The Head of People is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. You will work closely and collaboratively with the Group Heads of People, Head of Organisational Development, Head of Learning and Development, Head of E-Systems and Head of Workforce Planning to ensure the delivery of the organisations strategic ambitions and deliver a positive experience for the workforce.
Candidates must have specialist knowledge of operational HR, and well developed leadership skills to provide direction and influence across the organisation and deliver people focused interventions and a positive workplace climate that delivers improved productivity.
Profile
As the Head of HR you will:
- Be CIPD qualified to level 7 or equivalent.
- Have excellent Employment law and HR practice knowledge
- Change Management/Organisational Development experience
- Excellent Stakeholder Management
- Team Management experience
Job Offer
A competitive salary ranging from £59k - £69k + Great Benefits
Hybrid, very flexible working, with 1/2 days a week in Pontypridd.
