A growing technology company is looking to recruit a results-driven People & Culture Manager to build and develop the culture of this business during an exciting time in the business. This is an opportunity to shape how HR looks within the business moving forward.
Duties include:
- Responsible for Organisational Development & developing the culture.
- Managing areas of Performance development, employee relations and employee engagement.
- Developing Policies and procedures including diversity and Inclusion.
- Providing Leadership across the business and advising the Senior Management Team to deliver sustainable performance and growth of the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a business that is focused on developing its HR function into a progressive and commercial function. To be considered you will be CIPD Qualified with experience of running a commercial and successful HR function.
