Your new role
In this unique opportunity, you will be based in the organisation\'s Manchester office. The Head of People and Culture will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with the business objectives and promote employee engagement, retention and professional development.
What you will need to succeed

• In depth UK Employment law knowledge
• Strong leadership abilities
• Proven track record of driving HR initiatives in a fast paced environment
