Head of People Data and Operations
This role is responsible for managing and delivering our end-to-end People Processes, our people system and development and delivery of People Data and reporting.
This is a new role sitting as the equivalent of a ‘Head of’ in our structure, and the successful candidate will have an opportunity to shape the role as it evolves. KAEFER UK & IRELAND are in the process of introducing a new HRIS system and you will have overall responsibility for the integrity of the data held in the system and ensuring it supports the needs of the business.
Key accountabilities include:
- responsible for all people administration processes involved in starters, changes, and leavers.
- Leadership and management of a small team of administrators and data analysts
- Ensuring processes and procedures are in place and fit for purpose.
- Ensuring effective governance and controls are in place to ensure effective data management and compliance with GDPR.
- Develop a people dashboard which meets the reporting needs of the business to support decision making and provide insight.
The successful candidate will be:
- Be digitally confident with experience of working with an HRIS and have excellent MS office skills.
- Be future focused to ensure the system continues to deliver the data requirements for the business.
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and able to demonstrate examples of putting this into practice.
- Be highly organized and work in a systematic way.
- Experience of leading and developing a team
- Extensive experience of People processes with the ability to streamline and digitise core processes to improve effectiveness.
- Experience of strengthening management of data and reporting
- Ability to optimise how we use the system to create real value by making it easy for our business to work with the people team.
