The Candidate are representing a leading digital marketing agency who are searching for a Head of Performance SEO & Social professional to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will have a background in SEO (on-page, off-page and technical) and organic and paid social.

Main responsibilities of the Head of Performance SEO & Social:
- Make improvements to products and processes to maximise efficiency and profitability
- Explore new sales channels for business profitability
- Work cohesively with the SEO and Social teams
- Line management of Managers and Account Managers - undertaking training of internal teams and provide support and expertise with their work
- Work in line with gross profit margin and AP processes
- Plan and develop SEO, paid and organic social strategies
Key skills & attributes of the Head of Performance SEO & Social:
- Ideally from an agency background but open to seeing inhouse candidates
- Hands on and strategic experience in SEO and paid social
- Previous line management experience is essential
- A great understanding of other digital channels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
