We have a unique an exciting opportunity for Real Estate expert who’ll define and lead the UK and Europe, portfolio strategy aligned to the corporate functions aim of delivering a great employee and Workplace experience with a focus on the future of work, estate management, Business Continuity and resolution planning. You’ll be subject matter expert on Real Estate strategy and be given the opportunity to work across the UK and Europe markets, contribute to large operating plans and be regularly interact with Execs.
The role sits within the wider Deputy Chief Operating Office (DCOO) organisation and comprises a set of outcome focused service pillars including Corporate Services, Chief Control Office, DBS Transformation Services, ServCo Management, DCOO Digital and Transformation, Group Transactions Implementation, as well as regional COO oversight for Canada, LATAM and MENAT.

In this role you will:
• Drive office and retail portfolio strategy by identifying and developing country/city level office optimisation opportunity assessment & scenario validation.
• Lead workplace strategy and play a key role in shaping, enabling, and embedding the Future of Work.
• Partner with occupancy and space data management teams to ensure operational and strategic decisions are based on accurate data.
• Lead estates management activities, including the management of rents, critical dates and support for financial planning and forecasting submissions.
• Drive innovative ‘end to end’ customer focused solutions that optimise the Workplace across the themes of data, innovation, and technology.
• Deepen knowledge of Global Business blueprints and strategic plans including M&A activity.
