Salary - GBP55k - GBP60k

An excellent and reputable law firm are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Head of Private Client Solicitor.

As an experienced Private Client Solicitor, you will be overseeing the Private Client department as a whole and be involved in the continued development and growth of the team. You will be responsible for mentoring and supporting the junior members of the department and continue to develop client relationships (existing and new clients) and have previous experience of leading a team.

You'll be a qualified Solicitor, STEP qualified and you will have a strong Private Client background. You will ideally have managed a Private Client team previously and have solid experience of handling an array of Private Client matters. This is a real opportunity to develop your managerial skill set, be involved in developing an already well established Practice and work closely with senior management.

Key Head of Private Client duties will include:

• Being responsible for managing the delivery of the legal service for the Private Client department
• Being responsible for the training and development of the Private Client staff.
• Business development and compliance duties
• Working closely in collaboration with the Directors
• Being responsible for own Private Client workload of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and probate matters
