• Lead and manage the procurement function.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of components.
• Oversee technical aspects of manufacturing processes.
• Manage procurement for whole vehicle (both interior and exterior vehicle components)

Essential Requirements of the Head of Procurement

• Extensive procurement experience in the automotive industry or other similar industry.
• Experience in niche, bespoke, or motorsport sectors.
• Experience in full vehicle procurement (interior and exterior).
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
• Able to build & lead teams.
