• Lead and develop a team of 30+ individuals• Promote central purchasing philosophy and best practice procurement• Drive compliance and development of e-procurement• Provide guidance and business management solutions to stakeholders• Develop multi-user focus groups for common services/products• Lead procurement and supply chain sustainability projects• Influence strategic change across multi-faceted stakeholder group
Requirements
• Background in healthcare and procurement• Experience influencing strategic change in healthcare environment• Strong leadership and management skills• Knowledge of Procurement best practices• Experience with e-procurement• Ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships
