Head of Production 11/01/24 Dublin Neg Permanent full-timeOur client, a leading FMCG based in North Dublin is looking for a Head of Production to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Leading and overseeing all direct and indirect production and hygiene staff.
- Lead the implementation of the company's FSQMS throughout Production & Packing to ensure agreed food safety and quality standards are met at all times.
- Defining, implementing and leading a Lean culture across the manufacturing plant.
- Management and development of Production KPIs.
- Responsibility for the Production financial budget.
- Achieve planned production output across 3 production shifts as per the production plan.
- Ensure we are constantly audit ready for announced and unannounced audits.
Experience Required:
- Experience in a similar position within food manufacturing at a similar level is required. The candidate should be used to managing at a strategic level as well as an operational level.
- Implementing and leading a lean culture within a food manufacturing business.
- Experience with pastry, dough or any ready-to-bake categories is advantageous.
- Experience with implementing or working with automation within food manufacturing is advantageous.
