Form of workThis is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Estate Property Maintenance on a dynamic and attractive rural estate near Banbury, Oxfordshire. The job is a varied one, including managing the Property Maintenance of a diverse range of let residential, commercial and farm & stud property, as well as biomass boiler heating systems and private water supply.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of Property and building maintenance/repair, plumbing and general building work and trade qualifications in at least one trade. They will be capable of working to high standards, be proactive, communicate, set priorities and plan the teams’ workload effectively to meet the owner’s objectives. A good level of IT literacy will also be important.
Responsibilities will include routine maintenance and emergency repair tasks and project management of major refurbishments, managing staff and contractors and ensuring Health and Safety compliance and record keeping.
A competitive remuneration package, including a house on the Estate, will be offered to the successful applicant.
