Fruition IT are recruiting a Head of QA on behalf of a market leading & scaling Tech4good business based in Sheffield.

As Head of QA you'll champion the adoption of QA methodologies covering both functional and non-functional requirements.

The QA team is currently a team of 4 with ambitions plans to grow the team as they continue to scale the technology function.

What will I be doing?

• You'll be an active member of the Engineering Leadership team
• You'll be providing visionary leadership to the QA team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Driving the innovation & adoption of QA best practices in test automation, CI/CD and agile testing methodologies
• Lead the engineering of a test automation framework, ensuring the development and maintenance of automated tests to support continuous integration and delivery processes.
• Oversee the creation and execution of volumetric & performance test frameworks
• Innovate and explore emerging technologies to enhance test coverage
• Implement and refine QA processes
• Collaborate with cross functional teams
• Leading and supporting learning & development in the team, team management, overseeing recruitment and onboarding.

What do I need?

• Leading QA / Test automation teams
• Proven experience fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Strong stakeholder & relationship management tools up to c-level
• Passion for testing and quality improvement
• Ability to identify, recruit and nurture teams
