About The Role

The growth potential here at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare is vast. We need your expertise in quality and understanding of pharmacovigilance to develop and deliver a strategy that enables growth and improvement across our operations and regulated activities.

In this pivotal role spanning operations across Harlow, Derby and Glasgow, you will report to the Director of Operations and own quality assurance, quality excellence and pharmacovigilance for LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare. Whilst navigating our transformational journey, you will contribute to our growth through strategic investment and transformative programmes. Building strategic relationships across senior leadership teams and key external stakeholders, including NHS policy makers, pharmaceutical companies and the MHRA to name a few, you will be required to influence policy affairs and ensure the we are operating to the highest of standards. You will have the opportunity to make a national difference to highly complex services.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have experience of operating at a senior level within in a healthcare, pharma or manufacturing organisation with extensive experience of working within a license MHRA environment. With the ability to drive continuous improvement strategies, you will have demonstrable experience of implementing quality management systems and proactively managing risks that may arise from conflicts between commercial pressures and regulatory requirements. It Is essential that you have experience in managing and maintaining ISO90001 credentials including owning audit managements programmes. Experience of developing teams and client relationship is crucial - You will be a leader, an influencer, and a relationship manager.
