Head Of Real Estate Fund Accounting

This Head ofFund Accounting position will be responsible for the management of a Team of over 50 Real Estate Fund accountants and related staff. 

The client’s portfolio comprises of several well-respected Real Estate Fund managers with a variety of strategies, geographies and styles. 

You will be able to work with the clients to oversee the delivery of fund services whilst running and building a professional team to the highest standards. 

The Main Responsibilities will be:

• Management and overall responsibility for the delivery of Real estate services across a wide range of funds and investments.
• Effective team management including recruitment of new staff, professional development of team members at all levels and setting targets and goals.
• Working with leadership to set and deliver continued growth targets across the UK Real Estate business. 

The Successful Candidate will be: 

• Qualified Accountant ideally ACA/ACCA (or equivalent)
• Ability to deliver high level client service within a professional services organisation
• Knowledge of working with Real Estate Funds or investments directly or indirectly 

Ideal individuals will already be in a leadership role within professional services.
