- A Head of Religious Studies and Philosophy must have a minimum of a 2:1 in a related degree from a Top UK University
- Previous experience as a Head of Religious Studies and Philosophy would be advantageous but isn't a requirement.
- A Head of Religious Studies and Philosophy must be confident, and personable and must have exceptional knowledge of current curriculums.
