Reporting to the Retail Director for UK and ROI, the Head of Retail Operations is responsible for leading a successful team to create and deliver a cross-functional operational strategy to drive fluidity and efficiencies in retail; aligning with the rest of the business and eradicating operational friction. Delivering a stretching and executable plan across the function, through the pillars of the brands retail strategy, which include: omni-channel, localness, and people.

The role is fundamental in fostering an inclusive culture that is aligned to the brands values: You will shape, influence and deliver the retail strategy, by working in an agile and cross-functional way.

As Head of Retail Operations, You will:

• Works alongside the Retail Director to create and deliver a stretching and executable retail strategy
• Critical in driving and embedding transformational change through collaborating with key stakeholders business wide ensuring each pillar and project strand of transformation is executed effectively against the wider business plan
• Manage the central resource across retail to ensure central processes are aligned and eradicate duplication
• Accountable for effective and efficient management of the retail payroll model
• Delivers the strategic objectives by working with and influencing support center teams such as space planning, marking, product, property etc. at a peer and Director level.
• Monitors key consumer trends, competitor activity and changes in the market
• Involved in, and at times leads business wide project activity
