Job Title: Head of Revenue – Accommodation Platform
Salary: Up to £50,000
Location: Sheffield / Hybrid
An exciting opportunity to join a growing accommodation booking platform.
My client is looking for a proactive revenue manager to join their team.
As Hotel Booking Manager you will ensure the smooth operations of the bookings, chase feedback, call potential hotel clients and implement a successful commercial strategy.
About the position
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the reservations
- Manage the hotel client relationship
- Achieve and surpass all targets
- Communicate with the Guest Experience team with all enquiries
- Manage existing clients and develop relationships with Online Travel Agents
- Track the listings through online booking websites
- Work alongside the account management & tech team
- Work closely with the legal to negotiate hotel contracts
The successful candidate
- Will have a minimum of 8 years previous experience in a similar role
- Hotel background preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel booking platforms
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Excellent communicator
- Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
- Experience with CRM systems
- Sales and target focused
