Merlin Entertainments Midway division is made up of short-visit attractions, usually based in city centres or coastal locations, and for the purpose of this role, across the whole of the UK. As the Head of Revenue Management, you will collaborate with key stakeholders in Trade, E-commerce, and Operations to devise and execute revenue optimization strategies for our attractions. Your responsibilities include ensuring the right balance of volume and revenue per customer (RPC) while upholding guest satisfaction metrics. You'll leverage Revenue Management tools, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and industry insights to drive revenue growth across regions.
- Execute the Midway Revenue strategy across London Midway Attractions to maximize revenue.
- Lead trading discussions and develop relationships with stakeholders to align trading decisions with Revenue Management strategies.
- Own pricing and ticket strategy, conducting biannual reviews and making pricing decisions within Divisional teams.
- Lead and improve the global sales strategy of multi-attraction ticketing.
- Implement best practices across all Midway UK sites through leadership of local Revenue Management resources.
- Use data insights to communicate recommendations and opportunities with stakeholders.
- Form relationships with stakeholders from each sales channel, supporting them in achieving revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, impactful, and able to drive strategic improvements in a fast-paced environment. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for driving business change.
Qualifications & Experience:- Strong background of Revenue Management/Pricing experience.
- Strong quantitative and data analytical skills.
- Experience in driving cultural and structural change.
- National or international experience leading cross-discipline senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power BI.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving.
