Head of Sales

As the Coalition expands its programmes and members, this role will be instrumental in heading up a growing team working across different sectors and industries.
With a proven track record in Business Development / Account Management and sourcing new opportunities, you will have a strong commercial acumen and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience within the sustainability, energy and climate sectors would be advantageous.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Maximising sales revenue and maintaining relationships with Coalition partners
- Managing key relationships and hitting sales targets across all programmes
- Researching markets and identifying new potential partners
- Communicating strategic goals to commercial stakeholders
- Creating and delivering an annual sales and marketing plan
- Achieving weekly sales revenue targets
- Ensuring the team hits project deadlines
Skills and experience required for the Head of Sales:
- A minimum of four years sales experience (sustainability, energy, climate sectors preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- An ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
- Excellent networking skills
Offering a basic salary of c£40k (depending on experience) our client is offering a combination of home and Worcester Office working along with travel to the London Office a couple of times a month.
