A new opportunity has arisen for a Head of Sales to join a well-renowned business in Norfolk. This will be a key strategic role within the business focused on the whole sales target, budget, strategy & forecasting. Not only this but you will facilitate the sales yourself, taking business objectives, breaking these down and making it happen!
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday. This opportunity offers a salary of £50,000 per annum + OTE (est £70,000)

The day to day
- Gauging incoming enquiries, what level these are and how to appropriately handle them.
- Setting sales targets & budgets as well as developing the sales strategy.
- Providing and maintaining the sales forecast.
- Playing a key role in driving revenue growth for the business.
- Monitoring sales performance and analysing market trends to identify opportunities.
You will have/be
- A polished and strategic salesperson with a strong track record of meeting targets and driving growth.
- Able to demonstrate a 'common sense' approach to problem solving in the sales environment.
- Strong team building skills and an ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic self-starter, driven by the intent to succeed and achieve company goals.
