- This is a full time role, working 37.5hrs per week
THE ROLE
Training & Development Manager (With a heavy influence on Software Training on a company wide bases, and the development of Software for Training purposes)
- Heading up a small team of 3, you will be responsible for overseeing the Training & Development function for the organisation
- Working in an extremely varied and technical role, you will get involved in L & D strategies and generalist activities (must have experience in this area as well as other aspects of this role)
- Heavily involved in training initiatives relating to online platforms, software development and quality standards.
- Overseeing and updating the Induction process
- Overseeing the design training delivery process
- Review and streamline all L & D processes and programmes
- Propose new training initiatives
- Design new assessments and tools
- Work closely with business leaders and managers to identify training needs throughout the organisation
MUST BE TECHNICALLY MINDED and used to assisting with the development of software training.
Must be used to L & D TECHNOLOGY PLATFORMS and QUALITY STANDARDS
MUST BE ABLE TO GET TO AMERSHAM EASILY in your working from the office days (taking rush hour traffic into consideration)
