The Role We are looking for a Head of Student Recruitment Marketing, who will be responsible for overseeing the daily management, development and monitoring of the university’s strategy for the recruitment of Students, both at home and overseas. The role is responsible for the university’s to-market campaigning, including the university website, paid for social campaigning, prospectus, recruitment events, open days and the university’s relationship with its network of feeder schools and recruitment agents (in specific markets). The Candidate The successful candidate will have demonstrable knowledge and experience of Student Recruitment or marketing within the UK HE sector, be an organised individual with high level liaison and negotiation skills, who will work across multiple departments both within the university and key external partners. You will have an in-depth understanding of the student journey, and of the interventions required throughout the application cycle. A prerequisite of the role is flexibility to travel within the UK and at times, internationally. Attendance in the London office is required between 3 and 5 days per week when not travelling.
