Responsibilities:

• Guide the development and segmentation of pricing models, ensuring consistency and effectiveness
• Foster a culture of excellence through collaboration and knowledge
• Lead the Pricing Actuarial Team and provide support during times of high demand
• Drive technological advancement within the organization, exploring cutting-edge technologies and staying aHead of industry trends

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience as a Qualified Pricing Actuary in Commercial Lines insurance
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and VBA, with additional skills in Python and R preferred
• Familiarity with agile methodology, Azure, Databricks, and insurance industry practices is advantageous
