Package: Up to £60,000 per annum + 20% Bonus + Private Medical + 9% Pension Contribution + Share Scheme

Location: Hybrid Working (Sunderland HQ)

My client is a rapidly growing organisation offering business consulting services to the global business community. As part of their exciting growth plans the business is seeking to develop additional revenue streams and in this newly created role you will be responsible for driving training related revenue, creating a learning journey for their customers via training courses and e-learning, as the business looks to develop additional revenue streams.

The Role

• Build the Training function, growing a 'business within a business’
• Creation of learning pathway/journey for all levels of employees, building on the current training offering that has evolved over time
• Creation of informative and actionable course content
• End-to-end management of the training lifecycle
• Recruitment and training of external consultants to deliver client courses
• Analysis of competitive landscape to create compelling USP and training offering
• Training of Sales team to give them the tools to effectively sell the training offering
• Management of Training P&L to achieve revenue and profit targets

The Person

• Demonstratable pedigree in commercial training delivered to an external audience, with exposure to setting up and/or running a training or L&D function
• Success creating training courses and delivering them to achieve positive outcomes
• In depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
