Head of Transactional Finance

Head of Transactional Finance | Derbyshire | up to £60k
We are currently seeking a Head of Transactional Finance to work within a leading business based close to Derby City Centre.  This a key role within the business having two direct reports along with a team of 18 transactional staff.   You will be responsible for overseeing the billings, treasury and accounts receivable functions, along with continuous improvement and system development.
Responsibilities: 
Leading 2 direct reports, along with overseeing the treasury and accounts receivable function
Developing and leading staff, conducting appraisals and monthly reviews
Working with senior management across the organisation
Building relationships to ensure processes are streamlined
Leading team meetings
Promoting good working practice and values
Recruitment and retention of staff
Delivering SLA's for accounting and processing activities
Ideal Candidate: 
Previous experience leading a transactional function, ideally within a Shared Service Environment
Improvement on processes and systems
Ability to develop, coach and motivate a team
IT Literate with a good working knowledge of Excel
Ability to organising a demanding workload
Excellent communication at all levels
