The Role:
As the Head Pastry Chef, you will:

• Lead and innovate in the pastry section, setting high standards for dessert creation and presentation.
• Manage a team of 6 excellent Pastry Chefs
• Mentoring apprentices 
• Exceed guests' expectations with your exceptional skill and creativity.
• Work alongside the Head Chef to foster a supportive and motivated kitchen team.
• Achieve culinary excellence while ensuring profitability.
• Mentor and develop junior Pastry Chefs, ensuring consistency in service and product quality.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a superior kitchen operation.
• Build a strong rapport with the F&B team, enhancing teamwork and service quality.

Your Skills:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• CIEH Level 2.
• Experience showcasing excellent food production skills.
• Capability to perform excellently under pressure.

• £39000 - £42000 salary with a share of gratuities.
