The Role of the Head Pastry Chef:
As Head Pastry Chef you will lead a team of 8 chefs looking after our 7 F&B outlets in the hotel. It is your job to excite and delight our guests with extraordinary desserts, pastries and all thigs sweet in the hotel. You will be reporting to the Executive Sous Chef but working very closely with each head chef within the outlets.
