We are a 2 floored, family owned restaurant offering a tapas menu alongside quality homemade Italian pizzas and cocktails. 95 covers internally with a lovely garden (further 60 covers). We have Shuffle Boards and Escape rooms making the Shuffle House a very unique and popular restaurant. We are in the process of building an indoor crazy golf course opposite our current restaurants.

We are looking for a creative passionate Head Pizza Chef to join our team. You must have at least 2 years experience in a high volume pizza restaurant and have the ability to work alone under pressure. We are ideally looking for a very experienced Chef with excellent knowledge of dough to help us change our current style of pizza from Neapolitan to New York style. And proficient in both stretching and cooking in the pizza oven (currently gas Wood Stone oven).

We are looking for a full time Pizza Chef to manage our pizza section, to include preparing fresh dough from scratch and menu design, preparation of the toppings, etc. We are also happy to take on a part time chef to work alongside our Head Pizza Chef.

Hourly rate depending on experience. Available immediately for paid trial shift making dough and baking pizzas.

To start within 2-4 weeks.

Accommodation is available at a discounted rate.
