Head's PA and Administrator - Independent School, Camden

Our client, an independent Pre-Prep school in North London, is seeking a positive and enthusiastic Head's PA and Administrator from April 2024.
The eventual postholder will be positive, confident with handling multiple tasks and have a keen eye for detail. The eventual postholder will work closely with the Headteacher and the rest of the office team and will be first point of call with the school's staff members. This is a lovely role for someone is confident with their organisation skills and has a can do attitude.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Headteacher diary management
- Communication with stakeholders with/on behalf of the Headteacher
- To develop effective working relationships with all members of the school's community.
- Work with the Secretary to ensure all events are organised in a timely manner.
- Pupil and staff attendance
- HR and Recruitment
- To oversee the duties of the Secretary and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard in a timely manner.
- To ensure the Secretary is supported in their role and training/development is provided where necessary.
- To assist the Headteacher in ensuring all paperwork, evidence and regulations are met for inspections.
- To audit and regularly update SCR to ensure we are compliant for inspections.
