SalaryThe Governors, staff and children are looking for their new fantastic Headteacher at Pottery Primary School. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate leader to join us at our school. The successful candidate will be experienced, inspirational and passionate about the educational experience for all our children with a clear vision for the development of the school.
We are looking for:
- An experienced Headteacher who is a current Headteacher or Acting Headteacher. A proven leader who can build, develop and inspire their leadership team.
- An understanding and nurturing Headteacher who brings out the best in individual members of the whole school team. You will encourage personal development and have a high regard for staff wellbeing and resilience.
- An innovative Headteacher who has high expectations for our children in their learning but also in behaviour and development, while building relationships with families, carers and the wider community.
- A Headteacher who will have high standards and excellent communication skills within the school and school community.
