Health and Safety Administrator
Location: Sheffield, S4 7YA
Salary: Competitive, DOE + Benefits!
Contract: Full time, permanent. 37.5 hour working week; Monday to Friday.

We are now recruiting for a Health and Safety Administrator to join us and assist with providing general administrative support including document management, H&S document preparation, liaison with stakeholders and basic H&S project administration.
In addition to this, as our Health and Safety Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Communicating effectively with contractors and clients.
- Producing and maintaining MS Excel tracker spreadsheets.
- Preparing projects documents based on templates, and collate information.
- Inputting data and maintain accurate records via the client s online portal.
- Supporting our H&S colleagues in day-to-day activities.
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Experience or qualifications within Health and Safety and / or construction are desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel.
