Health & Safety Advisor
Salary: Up to £35k per annum
We are recruiting a Health Safety Advisor to support the Director of Property ensure the organisation is up to date and compliant.

What are the day-to-day duties of the Project Officer role?
- Ensuring the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas relating to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting
- Ensuring that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported, safety inspections, risk assessments and lone working procedures are managed, and employees are aware of their responsibilities.
- Establishing a full programme of documented health & safety inspections, audits and checks, tracking and monitoring the outcomes of actions identified
- Working with the training team in the development and provision of training programmes and Health And Safety services.
- Keeping up to date with all aspects of relevant health, safety & welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business.
Requirements Sills and Qualifications
- Competitive salary
- Hybrid-working (3 days office based, 2 days home-based)
- Access to a Blue Light Discount Card (for retail, holidays, gym memberships, etc)
- 24 days Annual Leave plus bank holidays
- Membership of a defined contribution pension scheme
- Full UK driving licence and access to car
- NEBOSH (General Certificate) qualified or working towards NEBOSH certificate accreditation
