As the Health and Safety Advisor you will be:
- Provide high level health, safety and welfare guidance to all management, staff and colleagues
- Be involved in the preparation and development of all Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure the association is compliant with all current legislation
- Conduct investigations when incidents occur and write reports on findings, alongside action plans
Qualifications / Experience:
- NEBOSH General
- Public sector or social housing experience
- Extensive Health and Safety background
- Previous experience investigating accidents and incidents
- Experience conducting internal audits
- Previous experience writing policies and procedures
As the Health and Safety Advisor, you will receive:
- £28.50-£30.50 per hour
- Mileage coverage
- Long term work, initially for 3-6 months
- The opportunity to be extended
- The opportunity to be made permanent
