Health And Safety Advisor

Astute’s Power team is partnering with a leading Engineering and Construction Subcontractor on an LNG Storage project to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor on a 10-month contract for their site in the South East.

The Health and Safety Advisor position comes with a hourly rate of �35 p/h with an 11 day fortnight.
Key skills

* Health and Safety advisors must have the ability to devise practices within a workplace to ensure Health and Safety best practices. They provide advice and guidance on Health and Safety matters across an organization. Their goal is to protect the workforce and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* The ability to establish rapport with all levels of management and workers on site.
* Ability to understand key issues in complex situations.
* NEBOSH Occupational Health and Safety Qualification.

Suitable candidates will

* Have experience in 'Upper Tier' COMAH Sites
* Knowledge and experience Engineering and CDM Construction
* Uphold high Health and Safety standards and support the construction team.
* Be computer literate.
* Attention to detail and administration / record keeping skills.
