Renowned for being property experts in and around Peterborough this company consistently deliver high quality refurbishments in both social and private housing properties. An integral division with the business is their insurance sector partnering with insurance brokers, housing associations and councils to restore damaged properties with works including fire, floor, subsidence repairs.
Due to this expansion, they are seeking for a construction professional with a passion for Health and Safety looking to gain detailed training and progression.
This company have a commitment to career development prioritising employees professional development by offering external training, providing their employees a chance to gain Health and Safety qualifications such as a NEBOSH.
In this role you will be tasked with ensuring all projects are compliant with Health and Safety regulations. You will work alongside the Health and safety Manager gaining hands of support with duties including incepting quality of works, checking RAMs statements and collating Health and Safety documents.
This role would suit a candidate who has some knowledge of the property industry looking to go down a Health and Safety route who is ambitious and seeking training, career development and progression.
This is a fantastic role for a candidate who is looking to work on a varied role where you will spend the majority of you time on sites, liaising with construction professionals.
