This reputable design and build refurbishment Contractor specialise the refurbishment of prominently student accommodation across the UK working on bespoke joinery packages. Having thrived since being established this company have thrived since being established and have a clear 5 year growth plan increase turnover to 100M, in order to achieve this they have also started working on Commercial projects as well such as office works. This company are looking to streamline their Health and Safety process by introducing a Health and Safety professional into the team.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Health and Safety Manager to join a brand new role within the business where you will have the opportunity to bring new idea's playing a pivotal role within a growing business and contributing to their success.
In this role you will lead the Health and Safety aspects of projects. Working on projects from concept through completion you will initially assist pre construction teams with all Health and Safety plans on site. You will be working on multiple live construction projects conducting site audits, writing up reports, holding management meetings regarding Health and Safety Managers and dealing with all Health and Safety related issues on site.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Health and Safety within the Construction industry. You will be looking to join a rapidly expanding contractor, where you can become an expert, build a team and progress your career.

The Role:

• Health and Safety Manager
• Working on Residential refurbishment sites
• Conducting regular site visits and audits
• Liaising with construction professional to ensure safety on sites
• Working on projects from concept through to completion

The Person

• Previous experience in a Health and Safety role
• NEBOSH or equivalent
• Good Construction knowledge
• Good communication and written skills
