Role: Health and Social Care Assessor/Trainer
Locations: Various Locations across the North East (Peripatetic)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 9am 5pm, Monday to Friday
Starting Salary: £25,500+ (Dependent on experience)
Role Overview:
We seek an experienced Health and Social Care Assessor/Trainer with a focus on delivering quality education in the sector. Managing a diverse caseload through classroom, work-based, and remote learning via an e-portfolio platform, you will drive excellence in teaching, learning, and timely completions. Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and adaptability in teaching methods are essential.

Essential/Desirable Criteria:
- Vocational experience in Health and Social Care with ongoing CPD
- Minimum Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
- Passion for transformative teaching
- Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills
- Enhanced DBS check
- Access to a car with a full UK driving license
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Desirable Criteria:
- 1 year of training and development experience
- Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Appropriate Assessor and Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Experience with an e-portfolio system
- Internal Verifiers qualification
- Certificate of Higher Education
- Experience in teaching across various sectors
