Job Title: Health and Wellbeing Officer
Location: Greater Manchester - Home/Field based
Salary: up to £31,000 (Depending on experience)
Type: Full-time, 12-month FTC
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with local GP Surgeries, to gain referral opportunities for our clients Health and Wellbeing contract.
Act as an ambassador for our client's programme, working in conjunction with local and regional NHS teams to promote the benefits.
Ensure services are delivered in accordance to KPIs and SLA's.
Conduct initial assessments with participants referred to the programme, to understand their needs and barriers.
Report sales data and forecasts on a regular basis.
Essential Criteria:
Experience of working within a Sales environment (Account Manager / Business Development / Partnerships etc.)
Ideally have experience of working within Healthcare.
Experience of working within a multi-function service delivery team.
Must hold 2 A Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
Excellent communication skills – presentation, IT, written and verbal.
Exceptional sales, marketing and networking skills
Time management and organisational skills
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Must be flexible with travel throughout Greater Manchester.
