Job Role
Our Health Care Assistants and support workers will: -
Provide a high level of care to the residents and assist those that require help with:
· Manual Handling and Mobility
· Fluid and Nutritional Intake
· Personal Care
· Dressing
· Continence Care
· Promoting Independence. Choice. Dignity and respect
· Participation in recreational activities
· Prompt and assist with medication when required.
Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Full training will be offered to successful candidates however, 3 month’s experience working within a Care Role is preferred but not essential.
