Form of workGR8 Connect is looking for individuals who have a GR8 personality and who are ready to work as HealthCare Assistant for our clients based across High Wycombe and surrounding areas.
We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team. It is essential that candidates are patient, understanding and respectful towards resident s individual abilities.
Your role will include :
- Assisting residents with personal care and dressing
- Assisting residents with repositioning - must be able to use required equipment - hoist, stand aid, slide sheet etc.
- Assisting with food and fluids
- Helping with laundry, cleaning, preparing meals
- Record all relevant documents accurately - must have good verbal and written skills
Requirements :
Valid DBS
Right to work in UK
Previous experience is essential or at least 6 months
Valid Care Training Certificates.
