We are looking for candidates who can provide dynamic, professional, compassionate and high quality patient care to patients on Bayman Ward.
Provide supports the Care Certificate programme. The successful candidate will either need to have previously completed the Care Certificate or
would be required to complete it within 12 weeks of employment. Provide are committed to providing the support necessary to complete the Care
Certificate
Previous experience as an HCA within a rehabilitation environment is desirable. Training can be provided. Provide are looking for a highly
motivated individual with excellent communication skills and be able to provide high quality patient care. Experience of team working desirable.
Deliver sensitive, appropriate and high quality patient care under the direction of qualified nursing staff which respects the patients’
privacy, dignity and religious and cultural beliefs.
- Maintain and promote a safe working environment for patients, visitors and staff, with particular reference to infection control and health
- Contribute to the effective management of information ensuring it is handled and exchanged with care, accuracy and sensitivity,
- Maintain effective communication both within the care team and between colleagues, patients, relatives and visitors.
- Assist in maintaining stores at agreed levels and ensure that repairs and replacements are ordered by appropriate reporting.
- Maintain and promote effective communication both within the multidisciplinary care team and with other colleagues, patients, relatives
