Responsibilities:
- Assisting healthcare professionals in providing care to patients
- Taking vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assisting with patient hygiene, including bathing and dressing
- Assisting with patient mobility, such as transferring and positioning
- Monitoring and documenting patient information, such as symptoms and medication administration
- Assisting with medical procedures, under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintaining a clean and organized healthcare environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a healthCare Assistant training program or relevant certification is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients
- Ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
