Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in a clinical setting.
Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and compassion
- Proficiency in patient care, medication administration, and anatomy knowledge

Pay: £13.50-£18.21 per hour
