Health Care Assistant (BANK STAFF)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients and assist in their daily activities. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of individuals under your care. Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals - Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Follow care plans and provide assistance with medication administration - Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team - Provide emotional support and companionship to patients - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients - Assist in the coordination of appointments and transportation for patients - Supervise and provide leadership to junior healthCare Assistants Experience: - Previous experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting is preferred - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is desirable - Familiarity with care plans and medical terminology is an asset - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Proficient in using basic IT tools for documentation purposes At our facility, we offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement. Pay: £24,458.00-£25,449.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
